Voters may want to think twice before casting their ballot for Anaheim City Council. After RadarOnline.com obtained a lawsuit that revealed Vicki Gunvalson's boyfriend was sued for changing his name to mislead voters in the 2012 race for City Council, Steve Lodge has been accused of scamming residents yet again!

OC Weekly reports Lodge is renting an apartment in Anaheim, California just to meet the requirement that candidates must have a residence in the area they're running in.

According to property records obtained by the publication, Lodge moved from Anaheim Hills after he lost City Council in 2012 and relocated to a home in Murrieta valued at $500,000.

When Lodge ran again, he moved to Azul Apartment Homes in West Anaheim.

The publication believes Lodge doesn't actually reside there, as multiple attempts to catch him at his apartment have failed.

"He moved in without any furniture," a neighbor told the publication. "We never see this guy — maybe five times at the most since he moved in."

Although some neighbors admitted to seeing Lodge once in a while, one long-time resident admitted, "I don't think anybody lives there."

As RadarOnline.com readers know, this isn't the first time Lodge has been accused of tricking voters.

Elector Cynthia Ward sued The Real Housewives of Orange County's new man in August 2012 for changing his name to Steve Chavez Lodge while running for City Council.

"Lodge has requested that his name appear on the ballot as 'Steve Chavez Lodge,'" the filing read. "This is not his legal name. Nor is that the same under which he is registered to vote or the name under which he owns property. Rather, the use of the middle name 'Chavez' appears to have been adopted recently for political purposes."

Ward called the name change "false" and "misleading."

The case was disposed in September 2012.
