Sorry, Scott! Kourtney Kardashian Holds Emergency Meeting With Lawyer To ‘Get Full Custody Now’ Of Their Kids While Disick's In Rehab

Keeping up with the Kardashians reality superstar and mother extraordinaire Kourtney Kardashian has a lot to deal with right now, but nothing is as important as the safety of her children! “Kourtney is requesting temporary full-custody of all three children,” a source close to the family told RadarOnline.com.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Kardashian and Disick had reached a mutual custody agreement for Mason, 5, Penelope, 3, and 10 month year old Reign, under the condition that Disck would have to be sober during his time with the kids.

But that all changed when Lord Disick checked into yet another in patient rehab facility last week.

“If Scott gets sober and stays sober Kourtney will allow Scott to spend as much time with the kids as he wants. They love their daddy," the source said.

According to the insider, “Scott told Kourtney that he is going to be in treatment for a minimum of 30 days but he is really trying to stay for 90 days, which is what has been recommended to him by numerous people.”

Still, the source said Kardashian is wary.

Kourtney is done done with him, but she needs to protect her children,” added the source.
