Mariah Carey's fairytale wedding to billionaire fiancé James Packer has been put on hold, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.

According to a source close to the 46-year-old diva songstress, "Right now Mariah is dealing with some drama from her ex, Nick Cannon!"

As fans of Carey know, she's been involved in a nasty divorce battle with Cannon, 35, who is the father to the couple's five-year-old twins, Monroe and Moroccan, since their split in 2014.

Although Cannon has expressed his support for his ex-wife marrying Packer – whose net worth is $4.5 billion – his actions speak louder than his words!

"Nick refuses to finalize the divorce even though they have been separated for two years now," the insider told RadarOnline.com.

"Mariah says she feels like he is trying to sabotage her wedding and she is just so sick of his bullsh*t."

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Carey had been expected to wed Packer as early as this summer.

When asked about the over-the-top ceremony in a recent interview, Carey said, "The most important thing about the wedding is the relationship and the connection and the love of it all, but of course I love a grand moment. But we're not going to have tons of people and stuff like that. It's very private."

Story developing.
