Did Mischa Barton make up with her estranged mother— or is she calling a temporary cease-fire?

The O.C. actress turned Dancing With the Stars contestant asked a judge to throw out her scathing lawsuit against her former momager, Nuala Barton, RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal.

In Los Angeles Superior Court documents obtained exclusively by Radar, the 30-year-old requested to dismiss the "entire action of all parties and all causes of action" on February 8, 2016.

However, Mischa noted that she wished to dismiss the case without prejudice— meaning she could refile the suit in the future.

In April 2015, Mischa slapped her mother with court papers, claiming the 63-year-old swindled cash from the actress over many years while acting as her manager.

The star also alleged that Nuala kicked her out of the Beverly Hills mansion she paid for with her own O.C. money.
