When it comes to Yolanda Foster's battle with Lyme disease, pal Lisa Rinna has been very supportive. But the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star was shocked to discover that her cast mates quickly had their doubts.

In a new Bravo blog, the 52-year-old weighed in on all the gossip surrounding Foster.

"As we can see with conversations between Lisa V. and Kyle Richards, there was already quite a bit of chatter going on about Yolanda and her health," she wrote. "We saw Lisa V. talk to Kyle at lunch and openly admit she's questioning what's happening beyond the Lyme diagnosis."

A steadfast supporter of Foster, Rinna admitted that the conversations regarding the former model's health will start to "trickle out more openly among us" in episodes to come.

"It's the true recipe to ignite a wildfire among us," the TV personality added.

Meanwhile, as RadarOnline.com previously reported, costar Kyle Richards hasn't been too forgiving of Foster's health struggle during recent public appearances either.
