After more than a year of family and fan suspicions about her prescription drug use and mental health, Leah Messer finally admits she needs help.

In a preview clip for the upcoming episode of Teen Mom 2, the troubled mother of three, 23, tells her estranged husband Jeremy Calvert, 27, over the phone that she's headed to rehab.

"I think I'm going to go away to a therapeutic treatment place, just kinda like a reset button for my life," she awkwardly stutters to Calvert, her eyes clouded.

After making plans for 2-year-old daughter Adalynn's care, the pipeline engineer shares a few kind words after months of constant fighting.

"I'm proud of you for making that step," he says. "I just want you healthy. No matter where we're at as far as marriage, this and that."

Messer, also mom to 5-year-old twins Ali and Aleeah with ex-husband Corey Simms, seems to find faith in their broken marriage through his support.

"I may come back a completely different person," she says eagerly. "My mindset might be completely different."

But his harsh response is not what she's anticipating.

"Even if you get help Leah, I'm not changing my mind about the divorce," he replies.

"Why do you get like this? I do not understand," she sobs.

As RadarOnline.com exclusively reported, the married couple of three years finalized their divorce in June— just weeks before Messer checked out of rehab for what MTV reps say was an anxiety and depression issue. (Sources tell RadarOnline.com she actually sought treatment for a prescription painkiller problem.)
