Kim Richards entered rehab for the fourth time over the weekend —but will it last? RadarOnline.com has learned that the 50-year-old recovering alcoholic is warring with producers for her hit Bravo TV show, Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, over how long she'll have to stay in treatment.

A well-connected insider tells RadarOnline.com that executives at NBC Universal — the parent company of Bravo – "want Kim to stay in treatment for ninety days."

But according to the source, "Kim is insisting that she'll be done with the treatment in thirty days."

After Richards' arrest for public intoxication at the Beverly Hills Polo Lounge on April 16, Bravo execs were determined to get her help, as RadarOnline.com reported.

And while their efforts were successful, "Kim still doesn't think that what she did was really wrong and told her bosses that it was a 'slip' and ‘not a relapse,'" says the source. "She said to them, it's not like she was drinking every single day or something!"

"But the fact that she also confessed to smoking weed makes the executives think that she could have been high at times while filming this season's show," the insider tells RadarOnline.com.
