Khloe Kardashian is ready to cut ties completely with Lamar Odom. RadarOnline.com has learned that she asked a judge to ban him from receiving spousal support in her newly filed divorce papers.

According to the papers obtained by RadarOnline.com, Kardashian says that she split from Odom back on December 13, 2013 — just over four years after their September 27, 2009, wedding.

READ The Explosive Filing

Since her 2013 divorce was dismissed after Odom OD'd in Nevada last fall, she had to refile a completely new case. But she wants the court to know that even though they have been married all this time, they have not been together.

Kardashian, 31, insisted that she wants to keep "earnings and accumulations" from "before marriage, during marriage, and from and after date of separation," as well as "separate property assets and obligations as mandated by the parties' Prenuptial Agreement."

She doesn't want any spousal support from Odom, 36, and she doesn't want to pay him any. She says they both should pay their own attorneys fees.

As RadarOnline.com reported, their relationship has been on the rocks since Odom's recovery from the scary overdose. Especially since he has been spotted drinking in recent weeks, Kardashian has seemed to distance herself further from him in interviews.
