On the new season of Keeping Up with The Kardashians, Scott and Kourtney split, Kylie invites Tyga on family vacation and Kim experiences unforeseen pregnancy complications.
After getting into the "best shape of her life," Khloe agrees to pose for the cover of Complex magazine, stripping down and oiling up for the too-hot-to-handle photo shoot, where Kim – of course – advises on wardrobe.
Meanwhile, the pregnant 34-year-old discovers she could be suffering from diabetes as little sister Kylie brings her adult relationship with rapper Tyga a little too close to home.
"Listen, I get it. I would rather be with a man too," Khloe shares of Kylie's decision to invite Tyga on their tropical vacation, though sister Kendall disagrees.
But things really get tense when oldest Kardashian sister Kourtney's shamed baby daddy Scott breaks down to the family over rumors of his cheating.
"It's been a really hard time going from having all you guys, to having nobody," the father-of-three sobs.
