Jules Wainstein isn't letting her divorce stop her from living an extravagant lifestyle! The former Real Housewives of New York star's estranged husband Michael exposed her overspending in New York court today.

Jules' lawyer argued how her lifestyle should be supported despite Michael's "rotten" claims that he is broke.

"Bills for all have been paid for up until a year ago," Jules' lawyer argued. "That's when the divorce planning started. Mr. Wainstein decided to have another relationship and all went south. It built up in terms of not paying rent, mortgage and utilities. They claim it's because he doesn't have the money, but there is no support for those claims anywhere in these papers. There are draft tax returns that showed up after 8, 9 years of not filing taxes by Wainstein."

Her lawyer then accused Michael of spending money on himself and third parties instead of his estranged wife and expenses for the family.

Although the judge questioned the amount Jules requested to maintain her lifestyle, her lawyer argued, "The amount exceeds a normal civilian because she has appeared on television."

Michael's lawyer fired back by saying how the "needs-based analysis" consists of "overblown expenses." She revealed the balance of Jules' Amex bill from 2015 is $40,000.

"Their lifestyle was based on overspending that quadrupled when she joined the show. She tried to keep up with her costars," his lawyer said of her stint on RHONY, which she received $60,000 for. "That's why they're here. They had financial difficulties before."

She then accused Jules of spending $2,000 on Uber trips for the first 15 days of November, while Michael has been trying to cut down on expenses by driving.

Jules' lawyer insisted he sell his $1 million Apthorp apartment to help pay for his estranged wife's expenses and counsel, as her father was forced to give her $10,000 for attorney fees.

But Michael's lawyer claimed the debts on the house and the most recent lawsuit filed against him by a former tenant would leave him with only $100,000 in equity and no home.

The judge made no decisions at the hearing. He pled they settle their issues outside of court for the sake of their finances and children.

Michael first filed for divorce in July.
