Josh Duggar's nightmare is finally over.
Porn star Danica Dillon has officially dropped her $500,000 battery lawsuit against the Christian father of four, RadarOnline.com can confirm.
According to U.S. District Court documents exclusively obtained by RadarOnline.com, the 29-year-old adult film actress, otherwise known as Ashley Stamm-Northup, agreed to dismiss the case with prejudice, meaning she can't refile the case in the future.
As part of the agreement, both parties had to acknowledge that Dillon's "claims were fabricated," February 5 documents state.

However, the mother of two is changing her tune on social media.
"Just because something was dropped doesn't mean it was a lie," she tweeted this afternoon.
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Dillon claimed the married Duggar, 27, choked her and spit on her face during a paid sex session last year following a wild time at a Pennsylvania strip club.
She said she suffered from PTSD following the brutal tryst.
However, Duggar has denied ever meeting Dillon, despite previously admitting to a porn addiction and cheating on his wife.
He is expected to complete a six-month stint at a Bible-based rehab center later this month.
