Only an hour later, Audrey revealed that the two were involved in an accident.

"We got hit by a car on Jer's new bike going 10 mph yesterday," Audrey captioned a photo of her in the hospital. "It was my first time riding on the bike with Jer. By the grace of God we are both ok."

Audrey explained how the boxes on the bike, and their helmets and jeans saved them when were thrown from the motorcycle.

"It's one of those moments that shocks you to the core," she continued. "I was terrified that the bike had fallen on Jeremy… As soon as I realized he was ok, I realized how much pain my shoulder was in."

The reality star then explained how she dislocated her shoulder from the accident.

"When I popped it back in, the pain doubled, my vision blurred, I was rolled into the ambulance, and I prayed fragmented sentences," she said. "We are both so thankful. It could have been much worse. I'm pretty bruised up and not sure what's wrong with my shoulder yet...."

Jeremy and Audrey tied the knot in 2014.
