Chrissy Metz’s on-screen love drama on This Is Us is just as messy when cameras aren't rolling! After RadarOnline.com exclusively revealed her heartbreak when her marriage ended, her divorce file exposes just how nasty her split was.

In court papers obtained from the Superior Court of California County of Los Angeles, Martyn Eaden filed for divorce from Metz on November 12, 2014.

Eaden, who married Metz on January 5, 2008, asked for the dissolution of their marriage, citing irreconcilable differences. He listed their separation date as January 31, 2013.

Eaden made sure his ex received very little in the divorce, as he asked for his 2010 Honda Accord and Wells Fargo bank account. He also asked the court terminate her request for spousal support.

Metz’s ex-husband, who worked as a copywriter at the time, listed his income as $1,600 a month. He listed her monthly income as $2,000 as the two paid $675 in rent.

Metz ignored the petition, as Eaden filed that his divorce action was uncontested. The divorce was granted on December 11, 2015.

Metz’s mother Denise Hodge exclusively told RadarOnline.com about her daughter’s heartbreak.

“Martyn was a nice guy, her first real love,” Hodge said of her ex-son-in-law. “I remember when Chrissy told me they had broken up, but she never really went into why they split, and that was her business.”

But the NBC star has moved on, as she’s now dating new boyfriend Josh Stancil.

“I’m dating someone, but it wasn’t like they came out of the woodwork just because I’m on the show,” she told People in October. “It was just organic, and I’m grateful for that because I know it’s difficult to be dating and in the spotlight and having things change.”
