Police arrested three men in connection with the brutal death of Amanda Blackburn, the pregnant 28-year-old pastor's wife in Indiana, officials said Monday, and RadarOnline.com has obtained the shocking court documents.
Blackburn was found by her husband Davey in their home on Nov. 10, bleeding from the head while their 1-year-old son was also in the house.
According to the Marion County District Attorney, 18-year-old Larry Taylor was arrested after an exhaustive investigation.
The documents state they found an ATM receipt in a stolen car from Blackburn's account; and that a sweater in the stolen car had evidence on it that linked to Taylor. Jalen Watson, 21, was also arrested. Both men have been charged with murder, felony burglary, theft, robbery and auto theft, among other charges. (Diano Gordon was also with the two men during the incident, but he has not yet been charged with a crime; he remained behind bars on a parole violation not related to the alleged murder.)
The documents state that on Nov. 10, Larry Taylor did "knowingly or intentionally kill" Blackburn, whose husband came home from the gym and found his wife "face down in blood on the living room floor.
"She was nude with her panties next to her and her shirt pulled up as if someone tried to pull it off," according to court docs. "However, it was not unclear if Blackburn had been sexually assaulted."
Detective Thomas Lehn interviewed Taylor, and the documents state Taylor "waived his Miranda warnings," but claimed he was "so messed up," he could not remember details of the events leading up to Blackburn's death.

"Taylor stated she charged at him and he shot her somewhere in the upper body so he would not be scratched," according to the documents, which were first obtained by the Indianapolis Star . "Taylor then told him that he leaned over her body and shot her in the back of the head. He leaned further, looked at her face, and watched her bleed."
Watson also spoke to detectives and the documents state "there was a woman inside Blackburn's house and Taylor busted her in the mouth with his gun."
The documents detail how three men invaded her home and stole her computer and her wallet, with her ATM card in it. Then, Watson and Gordon left Taylor in the home with Blackburn. Her bank tried to reach her via cell phone when the men attempted to take $500 out of her account and they denied the transaction. They then attempted to take $400 from a second bank and the transaction went through.
Watson and Gordon then Taylor they were going to leave him — but he "threatened to kill the woman if they left him" — so they returned to the home to pick him up, court docs stated.
Despite the horrific nature of the crime, Blackburn's husband gave a statement on Monday, speaking of forgiveness.
"Though everything inside of me wants to hate, be angry and slip into despair," he said, "I choose the route of forgiveness, grace and hope."
