Reality Fakery! John Cena & Nikki Bella's Breakup Was Just A Ratings Stunt
Fans thought it was the ultimate smackdown when WWE superstars John Cena and Nikki Bella called it quits just weeks before their highly-hyped wedding — but RadarOnline.com sources claimed the breakup was a total sham to score TV ratings!
"John and Nikki live in the overly scripted and dramatic world of World Wrestling Entertainment, so they're both well practiced in the rehearsed world of reality TV," one source revealed.
Much like wrestling, things were staged from the starting bell — when Cena got down on one knee and begged his reality beauty to say "I do" before a massive TV audience during Wrestlemania.
Now, as a desperate attempt to get their drama back in the ring, the two are pulling an outrageous series of stunts.
A "devastated" Bella, 34 — who's dated Blockers star Cena, 41, for six years — took to YouTube to announce she spent her scheduled May 8 wedding day "hiding out" after his heartbreaking decision to body-slam her at the altar.

Cena added to the "are they or aren't they?" mystery when he appeared on the Today show on May 14, blabbing: "I still would love to marry Nicole!"
With Bella's show Total Divas officially back for its eighth season, "the timing couldn't have been better for the show," said a TV insider.
"All of this has played out like a very Kardashian-like drama," added the insider. "That's reality TV at its finest."
