Weston Cage's Ex Demand He Fork Over $53k In Legal Fees After Nasty Divorce Battle
The court battle between Nicolas Cage’s son and his baby mama isn’t over yet, and now she is asking the troubled actor to pay for thousands of dollars in attorneys fees!
According to court documents obtained exclusively by RadarOnline.com, Weston Coppola Cage’s ex, Danielle, is asking a Los Angeles judge to order the actor to fork up $52,701 for legal fees she has accumulated over their divorce. In her declaration, Danielle said Weston and his attorneys failed to respond to a “four-way” settlement conference and provide pertinent documents.
Danielle said she asked her attorney in February to withhold his services until they could collect legal fees from Weston.
Weston and Danielle have two children, Lucian, 3, and Sorin, 1.
“I have not had a steady job or consistent income in more than four years as I was a stay at home mother when our son Lucian was born,” Danielle said in the affidavit. "My employment experience is scarce, I gave worked in coffee shops on and off since I was 16 years old, however my last stable job was a Peet’s Coffee and Tea from 2010 to 2012. Although I did some freelance work as a manager/producer, as of the date of this Declaration, in the last three years I have only made $800 as a manager/producer. I do not have any degrees or certificates.”
According to court documents, Weston has visitation with Lucian on Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday’s from 3 to 5 p.m. with Sorin. Danielle, however, said her ex has only seen Lucian once since the June 14, 2017 court order.
As RadarOnline.com reported, Weston finalized his divorce from Danielle at the end of November. Just days later, the troubled actor announced had proposed to real estate broker Hila Aronian nearly six months earlier.

Danielle was granted a protective order against Weston during the divorce proceedings. The actor was also ordered to stay at least 100 yards away from Danielle and her home, except for “brief and peaceful” contact regarding visits with the children, until June 14, 2018.
A judge ordered Weston to pay $8,000 per month for rent, car payments and health insurance for Danielle and the two children. While Danielle said she believes Weston makes at least $16,833 per month, Danielle said Weston has yet to provide final information regarding his income and expenses.
Both sides are scheduled to appear in court later this month.
