Trump In Danger? Secret Service Detain White House Press Driver After Finding Gun
Donald Trump may have been in danger Monday morning after the White House press driver was found with a gun attempting to enter the president's Mar-a-Lago resort, RadarOnline.com can exclusively report.
According to Mar-a-Lago security, Secret Service found the gun on the driver around 7:45 a.m.
"There was an incident involving a driver who attempted to bring a gun onto Mar-a-Lago grounds, but Secret Service took care of it — they were all over it," a Mar-a-Lago spokesperson told RadarOnline.com.
The White House press pool on the scene at the time claimed the driver told Secret Service he forgot to leave his personal firearm in his own car when they found the gun in his bag. Secret Service ordered all White House drivers and the entire press pool off the golf resort and were sent to a nearby parking lot for additional screening. Screening took place for an hour following the scare, and the driver was banned from entering the premise in the future.
