Troubled Tori! Spelling Slapped With $1,400 Lawsuit From Another Bank

Tori Spelling can't seem to shake off legal troubles when it comes to paying off her debts !

The former Beverly Hills 90210 star was slapped with yet another lawsuit, this time by TD Bank USA, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.

According to court documents dated Oct. 10, the bank is suing Spelling for $1,400.24, which the actress allegedly failed to pay within the last four years.

"This cause of action is based upon account number XXXXX2632 for the sum by which Defendant has been unjustly enriched by virtue of Defendant receiving monetary or other benefit, by Defendant knowingly requesting the funds at issue and/or accepting the benefits bestowed," according to the affidavit. "It is inequitable for Defendant to retain said benefits without repaying Plaintiff the value thereof."

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Spelling, 45, and her husband, Dean McDermott, 51, have suffered several financial setbacks during the last few years.

According to Los Angeles County Assessor officials, the couple was delinquent on taxes in 2017 for their Woodland Hills home.
