The Challenge star Nelson Thomas is now facing a huge one. The reality TV star, who also appears on Ex on the Beach, was arrested for a Class B theft and booked into the Hays County Jail in Texas on Thursday, Dec. 20, as The Ashley's Reality Roundup first reported.
A theft is labeled as a Class B demeanor in Texas if the stolen property’s value is "less than $750," according to the Texas Constitution and Statutes.
Thomas already has posed for many mug shots after previous arrests.
According to The Ashley, he has a few arrests for driving without valid vehicle registration and/or on a suspended or invalid license. Thomas was charged for driving with an invalid license twice (2011 and 2016), and for driving with expired registration (2011).
Thomas was also reportedly booked for a theft charge for less than $500 in Dec. 2014 but was released on the same day, according to the Hays County Courts Records database. The Ashley noted that on the 2014 theft charge, Thomas ultimately pled "nolo contendere," which is the same as "no contest," meaning he accepted conviction as though a guilty plea had been entered—but didn't admit guilt.
Thomas was reportedly sentenced to 12 months of probation, only to have his probation revoked in October. On October 4, a judge reportedly sentenced Nelson to eight days in County Jail, with credit for one day served. It's not clear if Thomas served that sentence.
However, The Ashley unearthed a total of six mug shots for the reality TV hunk! Thomas recently filmed Ex on the Beach in Los Angeles with co-star Farrah Abraham.
The MTV show features single men and women enjoying a beach getaway summer -- until their exes show up. As RadarOnline.com previously reported, a source told The Blast website that former Teen Mom OG star Abraham earned a whopping $300,000 for appearing on season two of Ex on the Beach.
Now, there is another cast member with high drama!
