Rogers recently tied the knot with Lindsey Frazier, and the couple are expecting a baby together.

The shocking arrest came as Evans battles for her job with MTV after her current husband, David Eason, was fired from the show for hateful, homophobic speech on Twitter.

The network is holding meetings to determine Evans’ future on the show but an insider told RadarOnline.com she's considering quitting in solidarity with her husband.

In a bizarre twist, Rogers and Eason were cellmates in prison, and when Eason was released he ended up meeting Evans and marrying her.
