A teenager dropped 25 feet from a ride at Six Flags in Queensbury New York, RadarOnline.com can report.
In a shocking video from the Associated Press, the 14-year-old girl is seen hanging from the side of the car as operators halt the ride and a crowd gathers beneath her.
In a shocking moment, the girl lets go and is struck by a tree branch, before being caught by the group below.
Six Flags employees tended to the teen before medical professionals took her to Glens Falls Hospital. She was later flown to Albany.
A 47-year-old man was also taken to Glens Falls Hospital with a back injury he sustained in the group catch.
Miraculously, the girl's injuries are minor and she is in stable condition.
Six Flags has not yet commented on the incident, and it is not known why the girl was in such a state of danger during a ride which park investigators describe as a full-functioning "gondola-style attraction."
