Southern Charm star Thomas Ravenel pulled down his victim’s pants and grabbed at her private parts, claimed the Charleston Police Department in their arrest affidavit, exclusively obtained by RadarOnline.com.
Ravenel was arrested on Tuesday morning on second degree assault and battery charges stemming from an incident that took place on January 25, 2015, according to the shocking document.
“While inside the location, the defendant undressed and made sexual advances on the victim. The defendant grabbed the victim’s hand and placed it on his penis before attempting to remove the victim’s clothing,” the Charleston Police Department Description of Offense stated.
“While attempting to remove the victim’s clothing, the victim’s underwire bra cut into her skin and her shirt wrapped around her neck, which caused the victim to struggle to breathe,” cops alleged in the document.
“The defendant pulled down the victim’s pants and said, “Show me your p***y,” and began grabbing at the victim’s vagina.”

According to the police affidavit, Ravenel continued to assault her: “The victim crouched down to the ground to try and prevent further assault, and the defendant then put his penis in her face and asked, 'Do you like big dicks?'”
The woman has been identified as a former nanny who worked for Ravenel taking care of his children — Kensie and Saint — with Kathryn Dennis.
The affidavit also described the victim's actions following the alleged incident.
“After escaping the assault, the victim called her then ex-husband and sister and told them of the incident, fled the scene and notified several family members of the incident.”
Police then documented evidence to support the woman's claims.
“Photographs were then taken immediately of the injuries to her neck and chest. Detectives corroborated the incident date and location through employment records of the victim and defendant, and interviewed multiple witnesses, who substantiated the post-assault information," read the affidavit.
“Detectives also retrieved photographs taken by the victim, which we are appropriately time-stamped in reference to the incident.”
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Ravenel was fired from Southern Charm after the allegations were revealed earlier in the year. On Tuesday Bravo confirmed to RadarOnline.com that Ravenel would not be returning to the show.
A hearing for Ravenel was schedule for later in the day.
