Radar obtained a copy of the report from the Mount Pleasant Police Department. The report claims the alleged victim invited friends over the night of the solar eclipse.

The woman believes Madison “intentionally broke a glass and when the woman went to clean it up he and his friend slipped a drug in the woman and the friend’s drink.”

She claimed that she doesn’t remember anything from that point until she was at a South Carolina bar named Vickerys. She then called a friend to pick her up because she was “not feeling right.” This is when she felt she may have been drugged.

The woman remembers waking up in the guest bedroom with Madison “forcibly raping and sodomizing.” She then remembers waking up in bed “fully clothed.”

FitsNews reported claimed the attack stopped when he received a phone call from wife Elizabeth.

The site claims Schwartz was arrested on drug possession charges the same night.

The Mount Pleasant police confirmed to People that the allegations are still being investigated. The report was filed a year later on August 25, 2018.
