‘Southern Charm’s J.D. Madison Accused Of Rape, Sexual Assault & Involuntary Drugging
The sexual assault allegations continue for the Southern Charm cast. Star David “J.D.” Madison has been accused of raping, sexually assaulting and drugging a woman in South Carolina. RadarOnline.com has exclusive details on the shocking crime.
The incident took place on August 21, 2017 when Madison and his friend Jay M. Schwartz came to the alleged victim's home with a female friend, a police report obtained by FitsNews alleged.

RadarOnline.com obtained a copy of the report from the Mount Pleasant Police Department. The report claims the alleged victim invited friends over the night of the solar eclipse.
The woman believes Madison “intentionally broke a glass and when the woman went to clean it up he and his friend slipped a drug in the woman and the friend’s drink.”
She claimed that she doesn’t remember anything from that point until she was at a South Carolina bar named Vickerys. She then called a friend to pick her up because she was “not feeling right.” This is when she felt she may have been drugged.
The woman remembers waking up in the guest bedroom with Madison “forcibly raping and sodomizing.” She then remembers waking up in bed “fully clothed.”
FitsNews reported claimed the attack stopped when he received a phone call from wife Elizabeth.
The site claims Schwartz was arrested on drug possession charges the same night.
The Mount Pleasant police confirmed to People that the allegations are still being investigated. The report was filed a year later on August 25, 2018.

Three months ago, Nanny Dawn, who babysat his two children with ex Kathryn Dennis, accused Thomas Ravenel of sexual assault. He is currently under investigation.

He has denied the allegations against him.
