Snooki & ‘Jersey Shore’ Cast ‘Freaking Out’ Over Mike ‘The Situation’ Sentencing

Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino is set to be sentenced today at 11:30a.m. after pleading guilty to tax evasion this January. And while the Jersey Shore star is staying positive, his costar, Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi is in full panic mode!

Speaking on The Jenny McCarthy Show, the star revealed the entire cast is “freaking out for him.”

"Honestly we don't know what is going to happen tomorrow... so hopefully everything is going to be fine,” she said.

RadarOnline.com readers know Mike, 36, could face five years in jail if convicted of his crime. And while he’s tried to put on a brave face, the star has been living life to the fullest in the days leading up to his sentencing, even recently proposing to longtime love, Lauren Pesce!

"We've been hanging out all week and you can tell the days are coming quicker and he's getting more nervous," said Snooki, 30. "We're just trying to be there for him, just hang out with him, make him smile a little bit, but it's terrifying for him."

Snooki admitted that Lauren too, is scared for her hubby-to-be.

"We just went for her dress fitting so you know she is putting on the dress and doing all the fun bride stuff but she is freaking out too," said the reality star. "I think we just all want it to be over but we are also hoping for a great outcome."
