“This is a place that’s extremely close to Scott’s heart,” an insider explained to RadarOnline.com. “He goes down there more than people know.”

Besides heading south of the border to hang out in Puerto Vallarta with his best friend, Girls Gone Wild founder Joe Francis, Disick, 34, is a big fan of the country for the laidback lifestyle it offers him.

“What he loves is being treated like a king and being free to lay in the sun and have housekeepers tend to his every whim,” noted the insider.

“He’s looking to purchase property there and raise a family with Sofia, continued the insider, who notes the 19-year-old model also “will of course wait on Scott hand and foot.”

“There are tax benefits, too,” added the source, “and he can still fulfill his Keeping Up with the Kardashian commitments by flying back and forth.”
