Scott Disick Caught On Camera Dissing Ex Kourtney With Low Blow

TMI! No subject is off limits for the Kardashian klan, especially when it comes to bodily functions.

On the last episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Kim Kardashian revealed to Scott Disick that she feared for her lady-parts if she were ever to get pregnant again.

After husband Kanye West pleaded with her to have a third child, the reality star confessed to her pseudo brother-in-law: "I was like, 'I don't think I can carry another one.' I just think, 'Ugh, I'll never be the same down there.' Kanye says it like feels the same."

"100 percent things change," Scott replied matter-of-factly.

"Like, it's like throwing a hot dog down a hallway?" Kim asked, now really scared.

"I feel like me and Kanye don't care about that," party boy Scott continued, throwing some major shade at ex and baby mama, Kourtney Kardashian. "It's the fact that like something that big has come in and out of there. Things are just different internally. There's just like bumps and curves, you know what I'm saying? It's just not the same."

"It's like the same house but the furniture is rearranged," Kim joked in response.

"Correct! Exactly!" Scott agreed. "The front door is still the same, but inside the couches have been spread apart and mixed and matched like a hurricane hit."

Well, if Scott had any hope of reconciliation with Kourtney, he's certainly blowing it now!

To make matters worse, the 33-year-old recently gave his ex shade over her rumored fling with Justin Bieber.

"Scott makes the family sound like a bunch of sex-crazed women, but he's twisted and selfish enough to not care a bit about who he might be hurting," an insider told RadarOnline.com exclusively.

Do you think Scott took it too far when he mentioned Kourtney's downstairs mix-up? Sound off in the comments below.
