It's over, and it's getting nasty! RadarOnline.com can reveal that actress Scarlett Johansson has filed for divorce from French husband Romain Mauriac. And according to reports, she is already preparing for a nasty custody battle.

As RadarOnline.com reported, the couple were only married for two years, and reportedly have been separated since the summer.

Rumors the two had split first surfaced back in January, when Johansson, 32, was spotted at the women's march in Washington, D.C. without her wedding ring.

Johansson married Dauriac in October 2014 after welcoming daughter Rose Dorothy.

In 2014, Johansson couldn't help but gush over her then-fiancé.

"I love his brain more than anything," she told People. "He does all the sweet gestures for me. He's a gentleman."

Dauriac's attorney, Harold Mayerson, told Page Six that the couple are at odds over Rose's future home.

"He would like to move to France with his daughter and Ms. Johansson does a lot of traveling," he said, hinting that he'll go for a large portion of her custody.

Story developing.
