“Can’t wait to come back to my precious angel princess. She’s perfect and knows exactly what I need at all times. This was taken this past Sunday. Day before hospitalization. She was literally telling me to get treatment,” wrote Hyland.

As readers know, Hyland has previously opened up about her disease, telling fans in May that she had basically been on bed rest for the past few months and was told by doctors that she could not work out until further notice. She was also pictured showing her kidney transplant surgery scar in a crop top following her announcement.
