Sandra Bullock has put her boyfriend Bryan Randall in charge of her finances — and it's turning out to be one of the best decisions she's ever made!

"He's already saved her a bundle by getting her to rent out any of her houses she's not using," including a Sunset Strip home in Los Angeles that goes for $15,000 a month and her oceanfront Tybee Island, Ga., property that is now fetching $1,400 a night, an insider exclusively explained to RadarOnline.com.

After such an unexpected windfall, Bullock, 52, is itching to keep the money rolling in.

"She wants to start investing in her own movies and she needs to free up cash to do it," said the insider.

Luckily, "Bryan's got a pretty good eye for figures and is restructuring and streamlining her businesses, including her production company Fortis."

So should Bullock's financial advisers be wary of her 50-year-old photographer boyfriend invading their turf?
