Rosie O’Donnell’s daughter’s divorce is getting nasty!

Chelsea O’Donnell, 20, married plumber Nicholas Alliegro, 31, in 2016 in New York. Now, RadarOnline.com has learned the two are living in different states and fighting over money!

According to divorce documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, Chelsea filed for a legal separation from Alliegro on April 19. In the papers, Chelsea claimed she is currently living in Wisconsin while her hubby is living in Waco, Texas. The distance between the two is the reason Chelsea filed for a legal separation rather than a divorce, the papers state.

Rosie’s estranged daughter claimed in the papers that the reason for the separation is that the “marital relationship is broken.”

Then, on June 6, Chelsea filed a motion for a temporary order against her estranged husband claiming that he’s stolen her money and dog!

“Respondent refuses to return my dog to me,” Chelsea wrote in the document. “I purchased this dog with my own money in October 2017. When I moved to Wisconsin to be closer to family, my husband promised to give me the puppy. He is now refusing to send me the dog.”

Chelsea then alleged that Alliegro owes her thousands!

“Respondent has also taken $1,100 from my account without my permission to pay for expenses related to the dog,” the court papers state. “I would like this money returned to me.”

Rosie’s daughter then wrote to the court that Alliegro told her she “could not work” while they were married.

“Instead, he arranged for me to provide interviews about my family. He would then take the money from these interviews and spend it.”

Chelsea said she was paid $10,000 for an interview – money that her husband allegedly kept.

The angry wife also requested in documents that Alliegro return some of her personal property to her, including a couch, television stand, clothing, pots and pans from Rosie, pictures and her passport.

RadarOnline.com previously reported that Rosie’s daughter is now pregnant with another man’s baby!

The 20-year-old is currently dating a Wisconsin man named Jacob Bourassa. Her new man revealed a photo of Chelsea’s baby bump last week and hinted the baby is due in January 2019.

The due date hints that Chelsea’s first child was likely conceived in April – the same month she filed for divorce from Alliegro. However, in the initial divorce filing, Rosie’s daughter claimed she was “not pregnant.”

Bourassa has a lengthy criminal record, RadarOnline.com previously reported. He spent time behind bars for shooting a gun at his father’s girlfriend’s car.

Although, the happy new couple currently has their hands full! On March 29, Bourassa posted on Facebook that he purchased Chelsea a new puppy – and dissed Alliegro in the process!
