Luann de Lesseps has been ordered to appear in court next month to determine whether or not she will receive jail time for her humiliating 2017 arrest, RadarOnline.com can exclusively report.
According to court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, de Lesseps skipped out on her court hearing scheduled for Wednesday, July 25. The hearing was originally scheduled to determine the fate of her plea proposal.
As RadarOnline.com reported earlier this week, de Lesseps signed a plea deal proposal earlier this month begging the judge for probation over jail time for her Christmas Eve arrest in 2017 where she allegedly assaulted and threatened police.
Court documents showed the plea conference has been rescheduled to August 29, when a judge will either approve or disapprove of de Lesseps' plea proposal. According to the court documents, the reality star's presence at the hearing is mandatory.
If the Countess fails to appear next month, her bond will be forfeited and a warrant will be issued for her arrest.
As a part of her plea deal proposal, de Lesseps has pleaded guilty to the charges of resisting an officer with violence, trespass, and disorderly intoxication, RadarOnline.com reported. She is also offering to have one year of probation over jail time, in addition to paying a $2,500 fine, 50 hours of community service and attend a Victim Impact class by Mother's Against Drunk Driving.
