Real Housewives of New York star Luann de Lesseps will get some reprieve as The Count and their children have agreed to give the cabaret singer about another month to respond to their missing trust fund case RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.
Luann had to respond by Aug. 29, 2018 to the complaint filed by her former husband, Alexandre de Lesseps and their children, Victoria, 23, and Noel, 21, regarding the kids’ trust fund.
She previously called the shocking legal action a betrayal by her family.
According to an affidavit obtained by RadarOnline.com and filed on Aug. 20, 2018, Alexandre and the children have agreed to give Luann more time to respond to their complaint.
“The time for the Defendant to answer or otherwise respond in this action be and the same is hereby extended to and including September 27, 2018,” the court docs obtained by RadarOnline.com stated.
As RadarOnline.com readers know, The Count and the children filed a complaint against Luann after they claimed the RHONY star broke the divorce agreement when Luann sold their Bridgehampton home for $8 million and purchased a $3 million in Sag Harbor.
According to the complaint, Luann was supposed to set up a trust fund with half of the interest from the sale of the home, which she allegedly never did.
In the suit, Alexandre and the kids also said Luann has threatened to sell the Sag Harbor home in order to buy another place in upstate New York.
And she posted another video showing her sitting with her son at a table.
