The one-year anniversary of Luann de Lesseps’ shocking Christmas Eve assault arrest is approaching – and the reality star exclusively revealed to RadarOnline.com how she’ll spend this year’s holiday differently.
De Lesseps, 53, was in Palm Beach, Florida – the same location where she married ex-husband Tom D’Agostino in 2016 – when she was brought to jail after being accused of assaulting a cop and threatening to kill him. The memory appears to still haunt the Countess, as she told RadarOnline.com she plans to go nowhere near the scene of the incident.
“I won’t be going to Palm Beach, let’s put it that way!” de Lesseps joked of her impending Christmas plans.
“I’m laying low,” the Real Housewives of New York star added.
As RadarOnline.com readers know, de Lesseps is currently serving a one-year probation sentence for the battery arrest.
The reality star checked into rehab twice this past year for alcohol abuse after the humiliating Christmas Eve bender.
Following the arrest, de Lesseps had a major falling out with her two kids, Noel and Victoria de Lesseps. The children, along with de Lesseps’ ex, Alexandre, sued her for violating her divorce agreement. A part of the agreement was that de Lesseps’ would keep the family’s Hamptons mansion, which she had listed on the market at the time.
The kids and de Lesseps have since reconciled, RadarOnline.com reported. And on Thursday, the Countess and Victoria were all smiles at the launch of de Lesseps’ new jewelry launch with Super Jeweler.
The famous housewife confirmed to RadarOnline.com on Thursday that she and both of her children are in a good place.
“The relationship is great. We have our Hamptons home, which they’re happy that I kept so everything is cool!” de Lesseps said.
De Lesseps’ collaboration with Super Jeweler features statement necklaces crafted by the Countess herself.
