On last night's episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Dorit Kemsley and Lisa Rinna took a huge step forward in their newfound friendship – or so it seemed.

It all began when Rinna accepted an invite to Dorit's birthday party thrown by her husband, PK. The dinner was drama-free, and Rinna even stood up to make a speech for Dorit.

"It's kind of a miracle I'm here," Rinna said to the dinner guests, including Dorit, PK, their son Jagger, 3, Lisa Vanderpump, Erika Girardi, Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave and her husband, Edwin. "And I think that six months ago, five months ago, four months ago, wasn't so great! We're in a really nice place so thank you and happy birthday to you."

Rinna's toast came after she and Dorit agreed to put their explosive fight behind them. As RadarOnline.com readers know, last season Rinna accused the Kemsleys of doing cocaine in their bathroom – but this season, the RHOBH co-stars have supposedly let it all go!

The surprising reconciliation was obviously short-lived. On a night not too long after Dorit's birthday dinner, the Kemsleys invited Teddi and Edwin over for dinner. That's when Dorit and PK revealed their ongoing bitterness towards Rinna – and accused her of having a mental disorder.

PK recalled a dinner the Kemsleys had with Rinna one year ago. He said she acted nice and then shortly after "attacked Dorit, attacked me, attacked the whole evening."

"He thinks Lisa Rinna is schizophrenic," Dorit blurted out, before recalling the time Rinna screamed in her face on a boat in Hong Kong. "He had said this when I came back from a girls' trip to Hong Kong and I was really distraught. And I said, 'PK I do not know where this came from.'"

"I mean, one morning she invited me in her room for coffee and things were fine, and then that night I was on a boat and it was like a missile attack.

"She's one person one minute then she's another person another minute," Kemsley continued to the Arroyaves. "She's got rage and regret, and rage and regret."

Dorit then slammed the toast Rinna gave to her on her birthday.

"It's like, oh my god, someone – a friend of yours, nonetheless – who's capable of doing something so viscious to you, the fact that she would give a speech on my birthday is so preposterous that it's funny," Dorit remarked.

Teddi was confused. Earlier in the episode Rinna, Dorit and Vanderpump went together to Teddi's horse competition, where they all got along.

"Seeing you guys at the horse show together, I'm shocked hearing this," Teddi told Dorit. "I'm like 'what?' It all seemed very easy."

Then PK, who still has quite the ax to grind against Rinna, warned newcomer Teddi: "You wait, babe."

In another part of the dramatic episode, Teddi confronted Girardi about an awkward conversation they had in Las Vegas, where Girardi shut Teddi up after telling her she isn't defined by her parents. Teddi's father is John Cooper Mellencamp.

"Honestly, I have to say there was, like, a moment when we were in Vegas where I was just kind of talking and I felt, like, dismissed by you for a second," Teddi said.

Girardi acted clueless. "God, I'm really sorry if I did that. I don't think I did that though," she told Teddi. "I don't remember that at all."

In another scene, Girardi spoke out about her painful upbringing without her father. She said her dad left her at 9 months old and she didn't meet him until she was 25. They don't have a relationship today.

"You can't go back and repair that," said Girardi. "There's nothing to repair because it never existed. I never existed."

The name calling and tears didn't stop there, as a sneak peek of next week's episode showed Dorit calling Camille Grammar a "stupid c**t!"

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills airs Tuesdays at 9pm ET on Bravo.
