International Incident! NeNe Leakes Slams Kim Zolciak From Barcelona

So much for world peace! NeNe Leakes and the Real Housewives of Atlanta crew landed in Barcelona only to get into an explosive blowout with Kim Zolciak, who stayed behind in the U.S.

Zolciak didn't join the ladies on the big trip because she couldn't bring her husband, and Leakes doesn't hold back her thoughts and feelings.

"Cancer, thyroids, blood clot, stroke, open heart surgery and is still walking around her being negative," Leakes says about Zolciak. "Bionic Barbie! She's had every illness in the world and she says, 'My life is so happy.' B***h I can't tell."

Sheree Whitfield, Porsha Williams and Shamea all call Zolciak on the phone. Williams tells her: "I didn't know that you were a cancer survivor, and I was going to say that's wonderful and a blessing because cancer runs in my family."

Zolciak notes she was not a cancer survivor and ripped into Leakes.

"She's f**king scum and I won't even acknowledge it."

Zolciak sends a text to the group about Leakes when the ladies have their first dinner in Barcelona.

"NeNe is sick and disgusting," she writes. "And I'm not just speaking on the fact that she made fun of a serious health issue I had. But I'm also speaking on the fact that she lives in a f**king roach nest."

Zolciak continues, "For someone that has two beautiful kids and an amazing husband, she should be worried about karma. But this is coming from the same person who takes handicap spots from a handicap person."

Leakes completely loses her temper, screaming at the ladies at the table. "F**ck Kim, ok? None of y'all can step in my house and say a motherf***ing thing. Everything is brand new. F**k Kim."

In her confessional, Leakes hits back even more. "I can't believe Kim said I have roaches inside my house. I'm sure she's got worms in her ass. Worms honey."

Leakes says she thought Zolciak was faking her illness, and she continues her rant.

"She's a trashy, no-good b*tch, she's always been trash, and she's gon' always be trash."

The RHOA arrival to Barcelona is less five-star getaway than their past trips. Cynthia Bailey books them into a villa that Leakes calls "scary" and that doesn't meet their high standards.

Still, they have fun sightseeing, even if the Sagrada Familia is closed. Instead, they have a raunchy sex conversation.

"I don't understand why I need to put the balls in my mouth," Bailey says.

"No, that's too close to the a**ole!" Williams insists before Kandi Burruss weighs in. "I think tea-bagging is a must."

Bailey also defends her boyfriend, Will Jones, from the women, who said he had a girlfriend when he met her.
