Jail Time! Nicole Curtis' 'Baby Daddy' Faces Arrest Over Unpaid Child Support

'Rehab Addict' star Nicole Curtis is on the verge of winning a bitter child support battle with the father of her eldest son.

Steve Cimini is facing jail time for failing to make payments to support Curtis and her son Ethan, 20.

The 41-year-old reality star gave birth to her son when she was only 20-years-old and the couple filed documents over paternity and child support back in 2001.

The case moved forward on November 7 when a motion 'for contempt' was filed by the court against Cimini.

According to the documents obtained by The Blast website Cimini allegedly owed $14,685.54 in back child support.

Cimini was ordered to appear in Michigan court on December 5. The hearing was held, however, he failed to appear.

The court then issued a warrant for Cimini's arrest that directed police to immediately take him into custody if they come into contact with him.

Meanwhile, Curtis has also been fighting Shane Maguire the father of her son, Harper, 2, over custody and visitation issues.
