Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are now married and looking forward to starting their own royal family — but there is one big reason the Duke and Duchess won't try to conceive until late next year!
As RadarOnline.com readers know, Meghan, 37, and Harry, 33, will be taking a tour of Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Island of Fiji and Tonga.
“The tour will fall on the occasion of @InvictusSydney 2018,” according to Kensington Palace.
The tour will start on Tuesday, October 16 and end Saturday, October 27.
Their trip comes after The Centre for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) confirmed Zika has been “reported” in Tonga and is affecting people in the area. While they said that the only real danger was to pregnant women, they added that couples should take precautions to avoid spreading the virus when returning home.
In Meghan’s case, this means waiting at least six months to try to get pregnant!
While both the former actress and her hubby have expressed interest in welcoming kids, it seems the family planning will have to wait until almost one year after their May 19 wedding.
