Real Housewives of Beverly Hills newcomer Erika Jayne has been making waves long before coming to Bravo! RadarOnline.com has learned that one of her racy music videos got her high-profile attorney husband, Tom Girardi, in hot water, after he screened it during a Christmas party with colleagues.

Listen! 'RHOP' star Wendy Osefo breaks down the “most intense fight in the show's history” in under 2 minutes.

Girardi, 76, is an L.A. personal injury attorney best known for getting Pacific Gas & Electric to pay more than $333 million to residents of a desert community that alleged their drinking water was contaminated. The case was the inspiration for the Erin Brockovich movie.

But it was another video of his that ruffled feathers at a Christmas party staged by the Italian American Law Association in 2011.

During the bash at L.A.'s Biltmore Hotel, Girardi told prominent lawyers and judges present that he wanted to screen a music video that had been shot that day featuring his wife. But what unfolded horrified partygoers.

It was the future RHOBH star, "scantily clad, gyrating. One person who was present says she was wearing 'too-short pants and a too-brief top,'" a columnist for the Metropolitan News Enterprise wrote at the time. "Another person in attendance describes the video as 'rock and soft porn.'"

According to reports, the video showed her licking alcohol off of a man's bare chest, and "provocatively gyrating" during a four and a half minute clip.

Worse, the video later came under scrutiny during a Los Angeles County Bar Association executive committee meeting.

Said the columnist, "the inappropriateness was appalling ... Even Tom Girardi should have known better than to display a raunchy video at a meeting at which members of the state's highest court were present. Of course, good judgment would have precluded showing it at any bar meeting. Or, for that matter, anywhere!"
