Mario Singer’s breakup from hell is far from over! After Ramona Singer’s ex-husband filed papers to evict mistress Kasey Dexter from his Florida home, RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal she won’t go quietly!

In court papers obtained from Palm Beach County Court, Singer filed a motion for default on February 7 because Dexter “failed to serve or file any paper as required by law.

He slapped her with an eviction notice on January 26, claiming Dexter “has unlawfully held possession after the expiration of his/her right and without the Plaintiff’s consent. As a result, the Plaintiff has been turned out of the property or deprived of possession of the property.”

A source close to Dexter, 36, exclusively told RadarOnline.com that she went to her Florida home with a police escort the morning of February 8.

“Kasey went to the house this morning with an officer to get her belongings,” the insider told RadarOnline.com. “She didn’t feel safe going alone. Mario gave her 30 minutes to remove her stuff.”

Although Dexter was able to retrieve some items, she will have to return to the Florida home they once shared to pick up the rest. She is temporarily residing with the man she cheated on Singer, 64, with.

Public Information Officer from the Boca Raton Police Department confirmed to RadarOnline.com, "At 10am we were called and asked to stand by while Ms. Dexter moved out."

As RadarOnline.com exclusively reported, police responded to a domestic disturbance at Singer’s Florida home on February 1, 2018.

“Due to the eviction notice, Singer and Dexter were involved in an ongoing dispute over the status of their relationship,” the reporting officer wrote a the police report obtained by RadarOnline.com. “Singer confirmed that the argument was verbal in nature and nothing physical had taken place.”

Police responded to a second domestic disturbance on February 5.

“Singer advised that he got into a verbal altercation with his live-in girlfriend,” the reporting officer wrote. “Mario stated since the eviction notice, Kasey has been acting erratic and belligerent. Mario further stated he was worried that the altercation could become physical.”

Dexter then told police how their issues are due to “her infidelity within the relationship.”

“She did cheat on him,” the insider told RadarOnline.com. “She felt so alone in the relationship.”

The source added how the couple didn’t want the same things.

“She wanted to get married and have children, but he told her, ‘Don’t ruin your body,'” the insider said. “He would tell her they would travel everywhere, but he gave her false promises.”

The insider explained how Singer found out about the affair when he checked a hidden camera in the home that showed Kasey and another man having sexual intercourse.
