A powerless Charlie Sheen remained calm as police, under court orders, arrived at his house to supervise the removal of his 23-month-old twins Max and Bob from his custody late Tuesday -- and only RadarOnline.com captured the emotional surrender on video.

A Los Angeles police department spokesperson confirmed to RadarOnline.com that they were at Sheen’s house in a “stand by capacity” as the children were removed and given to their mother, Charlie’s estranged wife Brooke Mueller.

The surreal chain of events continues what has been, as Sheen described as “an odyssey,” as the troubled Two And A Half Men star continues his personal and professional battles with the world watching.

Sheen, clad in a Cleveland Indians cap reminiscent of his Major League alter ego Ricky "Wild Thing" Vaughn, put on a brave face as he shared an apple with look-a-like son Max while authorities readied to remove them from his mansion.

"Are you gonna share that apple, brother?" Sheen asked Max, who was oblivious to the surrounding turmoil.

The comedy star -- surrounded by a horde of friends, colleagues and nannies -- held one of his sons as they all marched out in a somber procession to a waiting police car, ready to take his boys away.

"Don't say goodbye, just say see you later," Sheen reassured one of his sons.

"I love you little man, I will see you very soon.

"We'll see you soon," Sheen told his sons, as they sat in car seats.

"You have my word: dad don't lie!"

Sheen cooperated fully with the plain clothed authorities, who attended in the presence of one of Mueller's lawyers, surrendering the children without a fight, as the RadarOnline.com exclusive video shows.

Sheen, 45, even thanked the police for their professionalism, saying "I understand, you're doing your job."

"This is not the America that I grew up in," Sheen is heard saying, as the cameras rolled. “Wow... Wow that’s alright.

But the determined star warned: “Tiger blood now drips from my fangs!”

He punctuated it with his now-famous catchphrase, “Winner!”

RadarOnline.com broke the story: cops visited the embattled Two and a Half Men star's mansion around 7:30 pm PT on Tuesday to take his twins boys, Max and Bob, from him and return them to his soon-to-be ex-wife, Brooke Mueller.

The pair, who celebrate their second birthdays later this month, have been at Sheen's Mulholland Estate mansion since before he went to the Bahamas with Mueller, along with porn star Bree Olson, real name Rachel Oberlin, and new girlfriend Natalie Kenly.

In court documents filed Tuesday, Mueller, 33, alleged that Sheen took Bob and Max from her residence without her permission on February 26 and had withheld them from her since then.

When she tried to get them back, Sheen allegedly threatened Mueller: "I will cut your head off, put it in a box and send it to your mom."

Mueller also claimed that while on vacation in the Bahamas, Sheen launched into a tirade against Mueller, punched her in the arm, spat on her feet and "threatened to stab my eye with a pen knife."

Sheen denied the claims when questioned by RadarOnline.com in an exclusive video interview, which you can watch here.

Even though Sheen was not represented in court, Judge Hank M. Goldberg stripped him of custody and issued a restraining order, preventing the star from communicating with Mueller or getting within 100 yards of her or the kids.

"I am very concerned that Sheen is currently insane," Mueller stated in the filing. "I am in great fear that he will find me and attack me and I am in great fear for the children's safety while in his care."
