And the happy couple put on a very public PDA in Santa Monica to celebrate.
They were spotted at having a lunch at with a fancy lunch at Del Frisco's Grille and could not keep their hands off one another.
The handsome pair were then seen walking down Santa Monica Blvd hand-in-hand with one another.
Rachel was dressed in her winter whites and accessorized with a burgundy headband and ankle boots.
The model of 'The McCord List' seemed delighted to be celebrating the landmark with her husband.
The 28-year-old sister of 90210 actress Anna Lynne McCord enjoyed a sun-drenched vacation with her husband Rick in Cabo San Lucas earlier this summer as part of their celebrations.
