Prince George was all smiles for his 'cool' official 5th birthday portrait.

The cheeky kid posed in front of a brick wall of Clarence House in London.

It was a relaxed shot that captured George beaming for the camera taken on the same day that Prince Louis was christened.

Many Royal fans have taken to social media to praise the fun photo that was taken by photographer by Matt Porteus.

He has previously taken official photos of Prince George and was also the Duke and Duchess's personal photographer at Prince Louis' christening.

Many fans have likened the cool image to hip album covers, like Michael Jackson's classic 'Off The Wall', as George is shown in a cool light to mark his 5th birthday.

George is known to be a fun loving child who displays his cheeky antics at official events.

Security has increased around the young royal after several terrorist threats against his family.
