Patrick Dempsey 'Playing Russian Roulette' With His Marriage

Patrick Dempsey "is playing Russian roulette with his marriage" to Jillian Fink once again by putting his film career before family, an insider exclusively revealed to RadarOnline.com.

"Patrick's thrown himself into work as a substitute for giving up his beloved car racing to win Jillian back," said an insider.

"But it's going way too far and he spends more time in his office or taking meetings than ever before."

As RadarOnline.com reported, Dempsey, 51, and Fink recently called of their divorce after he promised to work things out and change his ways.

While they too seemed to be back on the right path, Dempsey's newfound career aspirations come at a tricky time since his family — and especially his little girl — needs him more than ever.

"His daughter Tallula's now 15 and itching to get into showbiz and start hanging out with Hollywood 'It' girls," the insider explained.

"She's turning into a hormone-fuelled nightmare and Jillian needs Patrick's focus back on the family before it's too late."

While Dempsey and Fink have had their fair share of fights over how strict they need to be — he tends to be more the disciplinarian while she thinks their teen needs her freedom — he's been too absent to be consistent, said the insider.

"There's no doubt that Tallula idolizes her dad and Jillian's convinced he's the only one who can keep her on the straight and narrow."
