‘OITNB’ Star’s Restraining Order Forbids Guns! Ex Says She Fears He Will ‘Hurt’ Her
Orange is the New Black star Brad Henke is forbidden from having a gun or contacting his ex-fiancée after a judge granted her a temporary restraining order against him and RadarOnline.com has exclusive details of her shocking claims of abuse.
Simone Toliver filed a request for a Temporary Restraining Order in Los Angeles Superior Court on May 14, 2018, telling the judge that she feared for her life since her actor ex-fiancé was harassing her.
The judge granted the TRO and the documents obtained by RadarOnline.com stated: “You cannot own, possess, buy, or try to buy, receive or try to receive, or in any other way get guns, other firearms or ammunition.”
Toliver detailed Henke’s actions, writing: “Since we broke up Respondent has repeatedly contacted and harassed me and my family. On May 10, 2018 Respondent had flowers delivered to my house. I have intentionally kept my address secret from Respondent out of fear. It frightens me that he was able to obtain my address. I told him if he contacted me again I would be filing a restraining order. Respondent then emailed me a number of times.”

She revealed more details about Henke’s alleged behavior in the restraining order documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, claiming he was “regularly emotionally, and verbally abusive,” and “He grabbed me violently on several occasions.”
Toliver claimed the OITNB actor “grabbed me so violently, security nearby approached to help me. He regularly threatened that if I told anyone about what was happening in our relationship, it would ruin his career.”
She also wrote that after they broke up and she was moving out of their house, Henke “violently grabbed me by the arm and shook me.”
Toliver said she was concerned “because I think I have seen his car following me,” and “He has said over the phone ‘I could bust your head open.’”
She begged the judge for the restraining order “because I’m scared respondent will come to my house and hurt me.”
She asked to be allowed to record any communication between them, should he try and contact her after the restraining order was granted and asked the judge to order him to pay her legal fees.
Toliver also asked that Henke be enrolled in a 52-week “batterer intervention program.”
