Laurence Fishburne's Daughter Guilty Of Property Damage After DUI Arrest
Laurence Fishburne’s daughter was recently found guilty of property damage following her sloppy 2017 DUI arrest, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.
Montana Fishburne, now 26, was driving a white Toyota Corolla around 1 a.m. last March when she crashed into a Range Rover on a Fort Lauderdale highway, RadarOnline.com reported.
According to a police report, cops discovered an open bottle of wine on the floor of Montana's car. The highway trooper observing Montana claimed she made “incoherent statements” and urinated on the side of the road.
Montana blew a .177 and .181 on the breathalyzer, more than double the legal limit, the report furthered.
Montana was arrested for DUI, DUI property damage and enhanced DUI. At the time, she pleaded not guilty.
Last week, however, on Feb. 9, the adult film star switched her plea to no contest and accepted a sentence of 12 months’ probation.
Court documents state the 26-year-old has to attend MADD meetings, DWI school and stay away from alcohol and intoxicants. She will also have to submit to random breath and urine tests.
