WATCH Miley Get Down & Dirty After Marrying Liam In Surprise Ceremony

It was quite the dance-off moment after Miley Cyrus married Liam Hemsworth.

The former Hannah Montana star was seen busting a move in a video posted to her Instagram account, dancing and lip syncing to Bruno Mars hit song “Uptown Funk.”

Cyrus, 26, shimmied and shook in her traditional white dress, dancing in front of a fully lit Christmas tree. Her new hubby made a special guest appearance in the quick clip, wagging his tongue in approval as Cyrus danced.

As RadarOnline.com was first to report, the couple held the special event inside of their home in Franklin, Tennessee, on Dec. 23, surrounded by friends and family, including Miley’s sisters Noah and Brandi, and mom, Tish. Liam’s brothers Chris and Luke were also in attendance.

Leaked images revealed Cyrus in an off-the-shoulder Vivienne Westwood gown while another showed giant balloons that spell out “Mr. & Mrs.” behind the pair.

The lovebirds had planned a fancy Malibu wedding, but had to change their plans after their mansion burned down in the recent Woosley Fires in southern California.

In fact, Hemsworth’s bravery and response in light of the deadly blaze helped "seal the deal" for Cyrus and pushed them down the aisle, a source told RadarOnline.com exclusively.

“Their love exploded,” an insider confessed. “They’ve been helping their community 24/7 since the fires first started and it has made them both fall in love with each other all over again.”
