Don't Do It! Miley Cyrus Begs Judge Not To Release Her Video Deposition To The Media

Getting your Trinity Audio player ready...

Miley Cyrus wants a judge to seal her video deposition.

The Blast website reports that the 'Wrecking Ball' singer is worried that it will be leaked to the media.

The tape is in connection with an alleged attack involving her sister's dog that has been part of a year long dispute.

Cyrus claims that she is one of the most famous celebrities in the world and is often "the subject of media and tabloid speculating concerning even irrelevant minutiae details of her life."

And she adds that the plaintiff in the case, Yolande Ngom, wants to go public with the tape to embarrass her.

Ngom told the judge that Cyrus should not get any special privileges in the case while she feels that the singer actually fears she could be embarrassed by the "implausibility of her own testimony" in the case.

The case stems from an incident back in 2014 when Miley's sister,Brandi, was sued by Ngom, who claimed Brandi's German Shepherd, Feather, bit Ngom at Brandi's apartment complex, which Miley was paying for at the time.
