That’s A Situation! Mike Sorrentino’s Brother Maximo Accuses Dad Of Identity Theft
Mike Sorrentino and his brother Marc are waiting to be sentenced on tax fraud charges, but they’re not the only family members in legal trouble. RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal the Jersey Shore star’s brother Frank, who now goes by the name Maximo, accused their father Frank Sr. of identity theft.
In a police report exclusively obtained from Long Branch Police Department in New Jersey, Maximo accused their dad of impersonation fraud, theft and false information or report on February 16, 2018.
“Frank Sorrentino reported that for most of his life, his father also Frank Sorrentino, has been using his social security number to obtain employment, rental property, medical attention and more,” the police report read.
Maximo presented an alleged forged resume, W2, weekly statements, medical bills and rental agreement as evidence.
Frank Sr. has not yet been served because the family does not know his whereabouts.
Maximo’s attorney is working on officially changing his name so his father does not continue to jeopardize his credit. He will also get a new social security number.
As RadarOnline.com has reported, Mike and Marc will be sentenced on June 20, 2018 for their tax fraud crimes.
In September 2014, the Federal Grand Jury indicted the brothers for failing to pay taxes on $8.9 million of income. They were also accused of filing false tax returns with the IRS in relation to Mike’s businesses.
