A terrified Mel B will face her ex in court after making shocking abuse claims in a new restraining order, RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal.

According to Los Angeles Superior Court documents, the former Spice Girls star, 41, and estranged husband Stephen Belafonte will attend a hearing regarding the explosive order on April 24 at 8:30 am in a downtown L.A. courtroom.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, the singer — born Melanie Brown — accused Belafonte, 41, of committing horrific abuse during their ten years of marriage, including choking her and even forcing her to have threesomes.

She even said he impregnated the couple's nanny, and then forced the woman to undergo an abortion.

Brown was granted a temporary order protecting her and their three children.

After claiming they secretly split in December, she filed for divorce on March 20.
